Hello
Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! My name is Josie Hadley and I am in the health and fitness promotion course at Georgian college in my second semester. In this semester we will be completing placements in the health and fitness industry. I have chosen to do my placement somewhere that is a little different and I am very excited to share my experiences with you all. I will be doing my placement at a show horse barn called Stoney Fields. I will be working with riders and horses of different ages this summer. My main job will be to care for the horses, and with more focus on the fitness of the horse rather then the rider which is why it is different. I will also be helping the riders on show days get themselves ready as well as their horses. I have a bit of experience in the horse world as a rider myself and I am looking forward to expanding that this year during the show season. I have a lot of interest in this sport and I hope to one day work one on one with these athletes from ...
